Problem number 16, Grandmother just baked 12 cookies. She wants to give all of the cookies to her 5 grandchildren, but she also wants to give each of the grandchildren the same number of cookies. How many more cookies should she bake? A, 0, B, 1, C, 2, D, C, or E, 4 In order to solve this problem we are going to need to find a number that is larger than 12 but divisible by 5. And the reason we need to have it divisible by 5 is because we are giving it to 5 kids. So 13 wouldn't be enough, 14 wouldn't be enough, but 15 would be enough. So 12 plus 3 equals 15, which means 3 is our answer.
