Let's try to match up the pieces that we see in the kangaroo figure. We have two large triangles here and here. So these two pieces are used.  We have two small triangles here and here. These two small triangles are used. There's a medium triangle right down here. So that's used. The diamond is right here.  So that's being used. There's only one piece left. It's this parallelogram.  So the parallelogram is missing. The answer is A.
