After the baskets are dropped, we see three frogs, six ducks, four rhinos, and three ladybugs.  We can now compare the numbers. We can notice that there were six ducks in the baskets and there are six ducks among the toys that are mixed up.  So the baskets that had the ducks were all dropped. There was one basket that did not have the ducks and that's basket B.  So that's the one that Chad did not drop. The answer is B.
