We already see that Katrina will not be able to reach the pear or the carrot. Next, notice that  not all the rooms are connected. Here are the solid walls. Let's try drawing a path through the rooms that have only a sum of 7. Here are a couple ways we can do  that. There are a few more, but the only fruit that Katrina can reach is the banana, so the correct answer is A.
