This means that the sticker that's opposite the duck is the one that's not shown in these two pictures.  On the first cube, we see the ladybug. So C is not the right answer. And we see the mouse. So B is not the right answer. On the second cube, we see the elephant.  That's not the right answer. And the dog.  So D is not the right answer. We are left with E, the picture of the fly is the correct answer.
