First, let's start off by drawing the tiles with the poster. Now, so as to not distract us, let's get rid of all the irrelevant tiles, like such. Now it is a simple matter of counting out the grey tiles that the poster was covering.  When we count all these out individually, we will get our answer, which will end up being B, 21.
