But he also can't have more than 85 marbles aside from this 100.  And that's because 100 he can get with 25 plus 25 plus 25 plus 25.  And then if you take this 25 out and you go to the next number down, you get 25 plus 25 plus 25 is 10, which is 85. And because of that, one more package is needed.  So he has to buy at least 5 packages, 3 25s, and 2 10s, which sums up to his total of 95. Therefore, the answer is B.
