Question 7. The picture shows a parcel around which four tapes labeled M, N, P, and Q are placed.  In what order, from first to last, were the tapes placed?  If we take a look at our parcel and try to figure out which tapes are placed from first to last,  we can work at the problem backwards. Since the tape that is placed last will be on top of every  other tape, so that tape would be P, since there are no tapes that are above it. Next would be the  tape that has only P above it, so that tape will be Q. Next we will have tape M, and finally N.  So the order that the tape is placed is N, M, Q, P, which gives us answer D.
