Question number six, which of the following is equal to 4 raised to the power of 15 plus 8 raised to the power of 10? We note that we may bring down our bases to base 2 and so we do that first. 4 to the power of 15 plus 8 to the power of 10 is the same as 2 squared to the power 15 plus 2 cubed to the power of 10. And then multiplying exponents, we have 2 to the power of 30 plus 2 to the power of 30. And we can write, well, that's 2 times 2 to the power of 30 and then adding the exponents, there is a 1 over here. We have a 2 to the power 31, which is our answer E.
